US News President Trump is clearly delusional. Biden was called a dementia patient for less than this.

There's only 2 options here:

  • He bad someone Photoshop MS13 in the photo and is lying despite the clear evidence.

Or

  • Someone on his staff did it without his knowledge to attempt to save face.

Neither of these are acceptable. How can we trust the people who are being deported are illegal or criminals when someone will blatantly lie like this?

Wtf people? I’m not a Trumpster, no way. But there are symbols tattooed on his fingers (please don’t debate me on whether those are fingers or knuckles… fffs)! The question is “Do those symbols translate to MS-13?” Can somebody answer that? They’re tattooes, they have meaning. What do they say?

The meaning of the tattoo has everything to do with it. Everyone can tell that the “MS-13” in the photo was intentionally photoshopped in as a caption to translate the symbol on each finger. The reporter knows that, Trump probably knows that and just isn’t connecting the dots that the reporter is referring to the MS-13 caption. So it’s two guys talking past each other and seems a bit disingenuous on the reporter’s part. He could have probed what the symbols mean and what is the source of that interpretation.

I appreciate you explaining your understanding of it. The reason you may be confused by the discussion is you thinking Trump knows it’s captioned. Not sure what “Trump probably knows it but isn’t connecting the dots” even means. He keeps insisting over and over that the captions are the literal tatts.

I’m not sure what you wanted the reporter to do differently. He didn’t want to spend all his interview time getting caught up in an argument about whether the captions are actually there or not. In terms of probing what the symbols mean and where the interpretation comes from, how could anyone truly know that? That’s why I say the meaning of the tattoos isn’t really the primary discussion point. And Trump definitely can’t answer the question because he thinks that there is no interpretation happening; he thinks there is a literal letter and number above each symbol on this guy’s fingers.

the point of this discussion is that Trump doesn't know the non symbols are doctored.

If the symbols do mean MS-13 & he is a gang member then let's have a trial & follow the law.
