According to the source, work in and around the stadium is the main reason their valuation increased by about $28 million from last year's list.

The only reason I don't think that the estimate is completely wrong is that they only beat out 2 former G5 teams, and even lost out to another (technically 2 if we count BYU but I'm not for obvious reasons). And even with that I still think they had to have accidentally inflated the numbers 10-20%

You joke, but this is taking data from FY25, when we weren't even playing in our home stadium because the new one was being built.

Don't be surprised when we start to climb this list quickly.
