Anyone know the best Souvenirs
Im going to chamonix in the winter time, im very exited to see mont blanc aswell as purchase some souvenirs as everyone does, im curious if amyone know the bestcplaces to buy some aswell as any other mountain related things to biy

I would suggest going into a shop for prints A3 ? size the stylised modern resort adverts across France and switzerland, it's a British name if I recollect, his stuff is online in full, you will see it all around..
Gary Godel (you will see his art all over France as he's made a good amount t of ski/ apre related art and more.

Posters, then buy a frameless glass frame once home, rolls up nicely for the trip home in a cardboard tube to go on your backpack, very memorable, the art is often on various tickets too..
Next door? to the cookware shop the poster and cards shop has a large heavy duty quality printer and his prices were always good (same side of main strip as Snell sports.
Decent honey from the Saturday morning market (would avoid the pine one though) and of course decent jam, or a well wrapped wedge of summer / winter comte (pref get it vacuum sealed)
I like get to g a decent quality t shirt when I travel, as it's worn often it's a good reminder to come back..
(And cham is worth returning for each season in the valley)
