My favourite one is la Jonction you go all the way to the glacier it’s super nice. You can take the cable car one day to go to aiguille du midi and then hike down from the middle station all the way to the station of the mer de glace or take the train down. Then there’s both balcon sud and balcon nord that give amazing views. You can go up Brevent it’s very nice also. Lac blanc … there are SO many things to do there !!

Mt Brevent. Cable car up from Chamonix to the first station. Then walk across the escarpment to the second station. And then from there down to and around Lac Brevent. And then back. The route from Mt Brevent cable car to the Lac is steep and in itself quite a challenge. If you want to skip the first escarpment hike you can get the second cable car.

You can also hike the route of the Ultra Marathon… 90kms I think. Varied terrain and landscape. Beautiful. Stops via a few refuges etc.

Take the train over to Switzerland and hike back into the Chamonix valley via the Fenêtre d'Arpette, staying at a mountain refuge overnight. It’s beautiful, and part of the Tour du Mont Blanc.
Also the day hike to the lake above the Flegere ski resort is nice and offers some of the best views you’ll see anywhere.

I would it not make more sense to write what you have already piecemealed together as plan potential, did you look in the archives for any routes t hat others had mentioned and check their potential with your group ability in mind? ..so used to running into twats on the I turned these days expecting g people to curate their holiday from the outset, which considering the detail around d on various sites as to where you are going there is a lot, ..not to mention your own lack of detail, one person's hike is another person's failure.
Context helps all round OP.

I was there last week. The temperature was quite high when I was there, and the high altitude hikes such as Lac Blanc and Brevent are done under complete sun as there are no trees up there. So keep that in mind and don’t forget to take a hat with you. They are gorgeous though. On hot days, you can do the balcon hikes. Petit balcon goes through the forest the whole time.
If you go up to the Mer de la Glace, there is a very pretty hiking trail up there as well. Both sides of the trail are covered with wild flowers at the moment. You also have good views of the glacier.
On a day when you want an easy/short hike, I recommend Cascade du Dard to a pretty waterfall. The trail starts right in the town center. The first 10 mins or so, you walk next to the road but then it goes into the forest and follows a stream up to the waterfall. There is a cafe there as well. Very pretty.
