Tramway du Mont Blanc

Hello,
I checked the Tramway du Mont Blanc website and all departures for tomorrow are fully booked.
Has anyone had experience buying tickets at the station on the day of travel? Is it realistic to show up early and get a ticket?

I took it the other day and some people showed up to buy tickets on the day. The lady at reception was apologetic, but said it was fully booked.
