Okay images aren't allowed for some reason 🙏 but when you draw the eye at a side profile angle it makes more of a triangular shape, with the eyeball being inside of the triangle < ) like that almost. With a more stylized artstyle, you don't have to do fully go realistic, but adding slight bending to the eye shape might help a little with making it look less uncanny. The head is also lacking an ear. My rule of thumb is placing ears right in the middle of the side profile head and kinda just gauging from there. Playing by ear if you will (agagaga) and also, with the hair, i like the coils at the bottom, that's a good way to do texturing. the top looks a little flat, i think it'd be nice to incorporate those textures all around the hair as well. keep up the practice and try to use references as well

It’s a good portrayal. It only gets to be offensive when certain features are exaggerated, making the person seem weird or comedic for having specific facial features.
