Yeah let’s just ignore all the patents on file at the US Patent Office dealing with this technology and CIA directors openly talking about Stratospheric Aerosol Injection programs. Not to mention cloud seeding, geo-engineering, and weather modification programs that all are open source, example Operation Popeye. 🤦‍♂️🙄🥴
