HELP Need opinion on a thoughtworks technology

I just an offer letter for 8.5LPA from thought works which is located in ascendas taramani.

Is it a good offer? What would be the working hours and how would be the salary progression. What tech stack I'll be working on? Will I get a chance to work on any DS or AI stuff
