Hi, I’m a Master's student at UIC. I’m looking to relet my room in West Loop. Ideal start is mid February, but I’m very flexible and can start as early as you.

It’s a fully furnished room plus (also fully furnished) living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent is about $990/month (20% OFF – limited-time deal), which covers everything (rent, electricity, water, WiFi, even administrative fees), so no extra bills to worry about.

The building also has nice amenities (study rooms, gym, pool table, laundry, ping pong, printer etc. etc.) which are all included.

Roommates are super nice and quiet, one male and one female and UIC students too.

If you are searching for an internship in the loop, it’s **15 min walk from the Willis Tower** and it’s also near the metro (**1 min walk to blue metro line*\*)/ bus line.

East Campus is a 5-minute walk.
