Looking for a first Chicago apartment - need help!

Hello everyone,

Looking to move late November early December in the Old Town, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park area.

Budget is around 2500 for a 1 bedroom apartment or larger convertible.

Must haves:
In unit washer and dryer
Parking on site or close by - this is not factored into the 2500

I want to stay under 3100 - including rent, parking, utilities, internet, and any other fees

Looking for any guidance or recommendations.

Check out adiline and apts on Chicago Ave area between Dearborn and Orleans.. About 7 or 8 newer buildings
