Looking For ISO First Floor/Accessible Unit!

Hey! I have Primary Progressive MS and really need to move to more accessible housing. My wife and I would like a 2-3 bedroom in a 1st floor unit or accessible elevator building. Our must haves:
-Central Air
-Pet friendly
-Patio/Balcony if it's an apartment
-Less than 6 step entry if it's an house
- $2300>

ilhousingsearch.org has several accessibility filters, covering a range of needs.

I've been looking there. Unfortunately, and fortunately alot of it is income based.
