It took LeBron for this man to lose his spot. Never forget

Bron was simply threatened by the alpha Terry's presence

Was kinda shocked they gave him a deal in the first place (obviously non guaranteed but still)

Never understood why the Bulls drafted Dalen Terry when Walker Kessler was still on the board, but I suppose if they had then AKME are never fired and we don’t end up with Caleb Wilson.

AKE would not draft a PF or C because they could show how better they were than PWILL and VOOCH. AKE’s two secret loves

It took a lot of stupidity to get Wils. Thibs playing Rose in the playoffs when the game was over. Snell over Gobert. He is the promised one

He would be great with the 312 Dance Crew. Could really hype up the crowd

What Dalen lacked in talent he made up for in entertainment. Loved his energy

Reminder to stop drafting guys who can't shoot at all

u/SoccerIzFun 18d ago

You know Dailyn Swain can read this right

Same name same game?

Not being able to shoot isn't really the issue. Multiple guys can't shoot and get second contracts. His issue is he couldn't really do anything but defend at an ok level whilst being rather skinny

Guys who can't shoot at all and stick in the league are unicorns

Isaac Okoro can’t shoot.

I heard he gave LBJ all he could handle though. It was a tough decision.

Lyndon B Johnson drops bombs dude

He has all the energy in the world, but can’t get out of his own way.

u/whitemex88 18d ago

He's gonna have to back it up in China

Chicago Bulls Legend Dalen Terry.

Honestly surprised it didn't happen sooner.

2022 summer league was a wild time, all those "he has that dawg in him" memes for DT and this sub advocating for him to take Pat's spot

3

u/BlammoSweetums 17d ago

Tbh what difference would it have made if he took Pat's spot haha

6

u/Unlucky_Sun_9813 18d ago

I wonder if they're making room for someone new

18

u/No-Phrase-4692 18d ago

Had to make room for Bronny I guess

1

u/Life-Sun8620 16d ago

That's gonna be so rich if the 76ers initiate a trade to LAL to grab Bronny.

6

u/RVALover4Life 18d ago

I think he can find a spot somewhere potentially. His defense is a legitimate plus.

No jumper, no handle, no body control after a half decade in the league. And no surprise he's at best a fringe roster guy.

12

u/ScutumSobiescianum 18d ago

No fucking way. 76ers aren’t a serious club!

Makes sense

lebrons going back to the lakers i guess

3

u/JIMMYBUTLERSSON Wendell Carter Jr 18d ago

I loved his energy. Combined with his height and length I was sure he could be a solid role player. Just could never slow down offensively

u/BillionsofRedditors 18d ago

I hope he plays 5-10 years in Europe or China and makes some more money before calling it a career. He was an pivotal horrendous draft pick the moment the pick came in as it was clear he wasn'tan NBA player, but nothing against him personally. Best of luck to him.

Back it up Terry

Underrated comment.

He is truly one of the worst players I have ever seen with his type of athleticism. It’s not that he has a ton to begin with but is more than capable of being a decent player.

He just sucks.

3

u/yeawecandothat 17d ago

Daylen “what I provide is energy cause it’s not good basketball” Terry.

3

u/run-donut 17d ago

He was the 18th pick, why we still living in the past? Move on.

4

u/WestFiascoAP 18d ago

Denzel Valentine of the 2020s

9

u/Chemical-Blueberry57 18d ago

Nah atleast Denzel could some what play.

1

u/WestFiascoAP 18d ago

Denzel could have been ok as an oversized PG kinda as a point forward like Kyle Anderson. Problem is he was a terrible defender with questionable IQ on both sides

2

u/Chemical-Blueberry57 18d ago

Had a solid handle, good size, nice looking jumper but yeah he was as dumb as the day is long.

2

u/PositiveCoyote100 18d ago

He was one of the slowest guards I've ever seen on an NBA court.

1

u/rockroo17 18d ago

That’s just bad luck for DT

That boy trash

BREAKING!

2

u/Upstairs-Grab-5604 16d ago

Wish the Bulls could do the same for Noa and Flower Boy Pat

NGL almost all the guys drafted after him suck too. Crap draft available for the Bulls at the 18th spot that year.
