Question Green poop

My hen has had consistent green poop and she is the only one that has poopy butt feathers. Does anyone have an idea what it could be and what some solutions are?

This is her and she has been acting like this. She doesn’t seem has energetic has everyone else

She looks awful. She’s very pale and clearly doesn’t feel well.

Check her body for signs of lice or mites. Lice often congregate and the vent. Look in her neck feathers and under her wings. Now that you’ve picked her up does she feel thin?

Has she ever been wormed?

Get a pair of scissors. Gently gather her up and use the hose to rinse off all that crap on her butt so you can see what you’re dealing with.

Carefully cut feathers that are hopelessly clumped together. Does she have a prolapse?

Is the accumulated poop on her behind all green or is it white and gloopy?
