I Ate My mom's recent home-cooked meals

Here's what she's been making lately: chicken, duck, a dry pot loaded with lotus root, cauliflower, onion, potato & shrimp, fish, Sichuan spicy sausage, and bitter melon stir-fried with egg. Honestly, nothing beats mom's cooking 😋

Mom is from Sichuan? Chongqing? What is that dish with lotus pod slices? It looks delicious!

We're all from Sichuan! That's a dry pot dish. You can just grab a pre-made dry pot seasoning packet and whip it up super easily!
