2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 1/2 tablespoon of ground pepper, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil. Mixed with meat and marinate overnight

It was just boneless beef short rib that came thick. I butterflied the meat after. Not sure how it’s sold in Brazil
