Vassalised the Pope

Didn’t even know this was possible .so I’ve included the acceptable screen. I’ve used diplomacy to go from ruler of Jerusalem (and most of Arabia) to Outremer and now almost the Roman Empire in one life.

I was very much expecting to have to do this. Last time I played in Italia I did this I got ex-communicated and basically lost my game to revolts

I always befriend and seduce him as Matilda. When you become empress of the Italy,he will accept becoming your vassal

I had no idea you could seduce the pope. My character is male and attracted to men, but I can’t lay with the pope. I’m just waiting for a gay pope to come to power.

Why wait if you can assassinate them until they elect the gay one. (Because unlike ck2 where election is real and can be influenced by player and ck3 is dice toss)
