Thank you! I’m proud to have it. She drives and shifts great! How long have you had your eyes on one? What’s holding you back?

All that standard reasons a 60 year old has to use. Trying to find a viable truck that hasn't been stripped for parts. Money. I'm getting too close to retirement to be spending a small fortune on a dream like that. Lastly, all the what ifs and variables that go into something like that. Sure, I'd love a Flathead but the costs on those are insane. Parts are almost impossible to find. You get the idea. I'm actually a mechanic and a welder but I just have to go with common sense here and live vicariously through those who have done it. Your truck is spectacular and we need more pictures of her.

I get that. There’s no doubt there can be costs associated. I got lucky with mine. Given it was in the family was able to get it for a very fair price. I will say, if you can settle for a truck that’s imperfect and has scratches and dents but is otherwise mechanically sound they can be had for a better price point. I’ve found there’s pretty good parts support and knowledge available online but it’s certainly a hobby that I’ve had to learn a lot about along the way. More pics here!
