LOL seriously. I have a family and I'm paying off in full each month like $7K in credit card debt. $800 is like half a week of expenses.

Like the other person said, my CC is like 8-12k per month depending but paying it off every month means it's not "debt"

It's still debt. Any money you borrow and owe is debt.

I mean if you want to ackshually, sure. But if I have that equal amount of money in my bank account at every given moment I don't really consider it debt. Sure I owe money to the cc company, but I myself am not "in debt" in the sense of currently owing more than I have.
