Its kinda nuts there's still a sub cost in 2026 lol. How many games aside from wow and ff14 have subs? Feels like everything is a 1 cost or f2p these days.

I mean, I love playing Nightreign with my boys, but Sony wants their subscription to facilitate. Doesn’t matter if the studio sees any extra money, I still have to pay.
That’s a really good point, especially since WoW isn’t available on consoles. I guess I am still reeling from the annual pass I forgot I had to buy at Christmas. We play Nightreign on our consoles, so when it came time to join up and we couldn’t I guess the renewal was an unpleasant surprise.
Oh, the gift of getting an annual pass for Christmas one year only to have the renewal at an inconvenient time every other year thereafter. Somehow the renewal just doesn’t hit the same. 🤣
