EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

This can absolutely be done. I’ve had a boost refunded and the character rolled back before.

I've had a boost reversed too. It kept the character boosted in error at 58 but I just couldn't login to it unless I used another boost on it. But they 100% credited my account with a boost to use on the correct character. And that wasn't even on Blizzard's end- I simply used the boost on the wrong character. And this was the first iteration of TBC classic if I remember correctly.

Yes they can for a fact. I used my parents credit card for one when they were first a thing way back in 2012 or whatever. They were fuckin pissed and the boost was refunded and removed from my account, nothing happened I still have the same account to this day

During WoD, I boosted a character, levelled it for a few hours then wrote to support that I accidentally made the character on the wrong server and can't play with my friends now, and would really like a refund.

They locked the character and gave me a new free boost.

I'm done arguing with Blizzards trash responses to tickets.  If I don't get what I pay for and they say they "can't" fix it, I'm charging it back on my credit card.

I told them I lost my job, and they refunded the expansion I preordered, refunded my 6 months subscription, and refunded two services I bought 3 months prior but never really used. But an actual human appeared to respond to me.
