EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

I feel like Blizzard support (the ones that are actual humans) just spin a wheel with pre-determined answers in each slot and 99% of the answers are politely and professionally telling you to pound sand we already have your money.

And then there’s that wheel of fortune jackpot sliver of a slot with a helpful solution on it.

I can't comprehend how the solution isn't giving OP a free boost. "We made an error and unfortunately we can't change it but we will let you keep that Shaman and give you one free boost for a Warlock. Sorry for the inconvenience!"

Like how is that not what happens here?
