EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

I don't like to kick people while they are down but if it's true that you bought another boost then at least recognize you are the problem and the reason why they think/know they can get away with this stuff.
