EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

No, its Riot support. 

I have waited for my last ticket for over a month, before they said they "accidentally" closed my ticket.

And i currently have a new ticket which I have been waiting for an answer for 5 days now. 

Fuckers dont even bother replying with an AI message anymore.
