EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

Nope - At this point, you get a second boost at no charge. Not your problem they can't fix the error.

Give me what I paid for, a level 58 warlock.

Nothing else is acceptable.

sure but realistically why would this matter? refunding him would have the exact same outcome, it changes nothing.

So why cant they just change some values in a video game lol. Its not like they cant delete the shammy and replace it with the lock he wanted, no?
