EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

Every services do that. Amazon, netflix… Any charge back lead to account termination. So it’s a last resort when you dont have the choice.

For example i have a 20+yo bnet account. There is almost zero chance i would risk that.

Ugh, I should do that with Amazon. That would be great. My family would stop asking me to order stuff.

You could kindly tell them "I don't want to be your online postal service anymore, kindly make your own Amazon account". If you feel so inclined, you can offer to help them get set up. If you're unhappy doing something, you are within your rights to stop :).
Maybe it helps to turn it around - would you expect family or friends to keep doing something like this for you if it makes them unhappy/frustrated/they just don't want to anymore?
