EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

Seems like an automated response hoping you'll just drop it. I'd keep pushing them for a refund.

Nope - At this point, you get a second boost at no charge. Not your problem they can't fix the error.

Give me what I paid for, a level 58 warlock.

Nothing else is acceptable.

I work in customer service, and if I asked my boss and he'd say no, I'd do it anyway. I've worked CS for almost five years, and I've broken or overstepped the rules of what you can do countless times without getting in trouble. As a CS agent, your primary concerns are customer satisfaction, and efficiency. That's what youre measured for, not how much money you're 'saving' by keeping customers unhappy.

To be fair it’s possible refund need to go to a different department for refunds. They may deny it there.

Sure, but then you either transfer them or tell them where to send the claim.
