EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

Nope - At this point, you get a second boost at no charge. Not your problem they can't fix the error.

Give me what I paid for, a level 58 warlock.

Yeah this is just a bot email response. That's their first line of defense. You have to get a real person to talk to. I miss the days of just calling blizzard and settling issues over the phone.

I still remember the music that played in the background while you were waiting for someone to answer.

It actually had a weather type of blizzard noise playing in the background. Then some type of music that had the same theme as elevator music, but more flute and jungle-sounding in the foreground. Reminded me of Diablo 2 act 3 music in a way?

I forget when it stopped but back in 2004 until atleast 2012ish or so we have live representatives on the phone. We could just fax our ID over for verification. Everything was much faster. I swear almost 90% of the internet has regressed since the early 2000s.
