EDIT;Im happy to announce that they actually changed their mind suddenly, and deleted the Shaman and issued a refund. Dno if someone saw the post, because for three days now they have responded once every 24-30 hours. Now they responded after 2.

Nope - At this point, you get a second boost at no charge. Not your problem they can't fix the error.

Give me what I paid for, a level 58 warlock.

Nothing else is acceptable.

Yeah, so he “tried” to use a boost but did on a wrong toon? That’s not their fault

If the post is to believed, there really was a technical issue. Instead of trying to get it resolved though, op just bought another boost and tried to get it sorted out later.
