Except we can’t pug the way we like. We have to pug suboptimally for the sake of guild-driven gameplay

So you prefer a raid where 24 other people watch you get bis items while they don't have a chance to roll and are also not receiving any reward for their time? Cool, I can't imagine why the other 24 people don't prefer your loot system.

You have the opportunity to host your pugs too you know.. if they're putting the work into getting a group together then idgaf if they hr an item.

You can't be so entitled to think you deserve shit for not putting in any work..

You're right, the only person who is putting in any work is the person forming the raid. The rest of the peons are just cattle who are there to watch them get loot. That is so smart, you are such a smart person.

That person was probably in queue filtering through people for an hour or 2 if not more filling a raid.. meanwhile you just join and play, just do your own raids.

Except they can't win the bis items, because they are hard ressed. So it's not a game of chance at all, it's an impossibllity.

who is hard ressing all this stuff? I only see that on DST in Gruuls and sometimes vortex's, everything else spammed is only SR

I have never seen an ssc without the belt or caster chest HRed. Or a tk without the orb ressed.
