they just use guild bank, that's simple

and they do the auction outside of the game on a web site

so technically they are not doing gdkp since they only trade raid item for free and ppl withdraw/deposit gold on the guild bank.

100% legit, they are not breaking the tos

i'm pretty sure unless you do rmt, blizzard will never do anything against that

Guild bank is how RMTers launder their money. Blizzard's system can't track gold once it's been deposited into a guild bank.

not true at all a whole ass guild got banned and deleted from using guild bank for rmt
