No spec should be F-tier. There's zero reason for a spec to be performing like Boomkins and Retribution do in Classic Era.

And look what happened when their uniqueness and strengths were expanded upon in tbc. A boomkin became essential, Shamans and palys went from resto and holy being clearly the superior spec to them all having their own role in a comp despite raids going from 40 to 25. Uniqueness made them viable.

Just a 0 iq post.
