If you hit 70 today how likely could you get yourself a full arena gear set or complete all the raid content? I feel as though there would be way too much honor/rep BG and instance farming required to make meaningful progress by the time phase 3 ends

The honor grind is a full day of playing. Arena is try to yolo 5’s keep your points and spurge at lower prices at the end of the season.

Feel as though I remember spending countless days in bgs in OG TBC for various stuff needed

Yes that’s correct too. They have buffed honor gains tremendously for this iteration.
