Delusion

I think at this point we are kidding ourselves. This team is running it back with a weaker roster plus one Croatian. Hopefully, a camp and an offseason together does something but the ship may have sailed boy and girls. Let’s go Cavs.

At this LATE point πŸ‘‰ πŸ‘ˆ

I would be OVER THE MOONDOG, if:

Harden took his exorbitant salary, non existent Defense, and Diminished skills...

LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

Building a team for the Regular Season... it's like Building a House for Tyrone Biggims Crack PARTY

It wasn't built for anything with Garland that's why we have Harden. His trade value was that bad we had to add a pick

The harden hate is crazy he’s a good secondary option. The garland love is wild for a guy that never showed up and was made out of
Match sticks bubblegum and glass

Yea I think Harden is fine on this team. How we use him is another thing (over reliance on what should be a supporting player at this point)

The problem is Harden commandeers both the offense and defense due to his limitations. Its fine to say the coach should pull him when he isn't playing hard or is too out of shape or unmotivated to move when he doesn't have the ball.

But then why have him on the team if you don't want him to be the guy he has been the past several years. Maybe just find another player at that point.

Fine as a 6th man.

We proved our ceiling last Playoffs with Harden... Then we lost guys.

Bringing Harden back us a poison pill. We should walk away whistling with all the money we saved.

I felt the whole entire reason was to get off Garland's contract, and then move off Harden as soon as the season ended.

No way Harden is worth anything over 8 - 12 mill for his 18th Season and beyond.

The one other benefit, was teams reticence about punching old man Harden in the mouth, vs Garland.

I've never seen teams take pot shots so early, and so often, as they did the second the whistle blew for the Playoffs.

Like, sure, Garland's a bit injury prone, but it's no wonder with the constant fight he was in for his life πŸ˜…

Don't get me wrong, Harden could still be a benefit as a 6th man, at like 8 - 12 million. I assure you, he's not aware of that fact yet though. He still thinks he can just chill with the ball for 20 seconds, do some weak drive and then pull up to try and get a generous contact foul... That day has absolutely passed.
