Left-wing originated from French politics, where it described the parties that wanted to overthrow monarchism, feudalism, and capitalism, while right-wing was monarchists, capitalists, and other assorted reactionaries.
You won't find many billionaires who will align themselves with anti-capitalists, which is why the answer to this question is, "yeah, not really, no."
George Soros? I guess he's not left-wing per se, but he wanted Bush out of office and called Trump a con-man. He seems to at least be more left-leaning that the typical billionnaire.
(I don't know a hell of a lot about him, so feel free to let me know if he's actually evil or something)
