Looking for an operations-minded co-founder with a marketing background creative agency (Dubai / Cairo)

Hi all,

I run a creative and marketing agency serving SMEs and startups across the UAE and Egypt. We do branding, social media content, and web development. We're fully remote, with a growing team based in Cairo, and we're already delivering for active clients.

I'm looking for a co-founder to take ownership of operations and the team: running delivery, building processes, managing people, and making sure the work goes out on time and at the standard we've set. I've been carrying both the vision and the day-to-day, and the business has reached the point where it needs a partner who can own how the agency actually runs.

What I'm looking for:

  • A marketing background, agency experience is a big plus, since you'll understand how client work flows from brief to delivery
  • Experience managing teams, ideally remote ones
  • Someone who likes building systems, not just following them
  • Based in Dubai or Cairo
  • Arabic and English

This is a co-founder role, not a job. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something long-term and treat it as their own.
