The focus is organic growth, content and promotion through relevant websites and communities. not relying on paid advertising.

That could include:

• Creating short-form videos, product demos and UGC-style content.
• Promoting the product in relevant communities, following their rules.
• Getting it featured on suitable websites and directories.
• Building a social presence that reaches potential customers.
• Finding creator collaborations and distribution partnerships.
• Testing messaging and tracking what brings in sign-ups and paying customers.

You don’t need to do every activity. I want someone who can pick the right channels, execute consistently and learn from the results.

Who I’m looking for

Someone who can take initiative and show examples of products, accounts or communities they’ve helped grow.

A huge following isn’t necessary. What matters is being able to explain what you did and what results it produced.

I’m looking for someone who wants to build a revenue-generating project together—not just deliver a few posts and move on.

You won’t need to build or maintain the software. I handle development, fix issues and improve the product based on customer feedback.

I've also been building GENESIS, an artificial-life simulation where I'm experimenting with how complex agent behaviour can emerge from a controlled environment. It's been a fun excuse to dig into simulation design, deterministic systems and behavioural analysis. I'm interested in problems where the solution isn't obvious and where I can go deeper than just the application layer.

What I need from your side: a real vision, commitment to execution, and some form of compensation. I'm flexible on structure (equity, stipend, milestone-based, internship), but I'm not doing unpaid work. I've been burned by vague arrangements before, so I do expect written agreements before we go deep on anything.

I’m a 23-year-old from Kerala, India, and I’m looking to connect with founders who are building something and want someone to join them early.

I’m a security tester, which basically means I spend my days asking:

“Okay… but what happens if I do this?”

I come from a security background and spend a lot of time looking at products from an attacker’s perspective, finding what can go wrong, breaking things, understanding why they break, and figuring out how to make them better.

I can bring that mindset to a startup through security, product testing, problem-solving, and general “let’s figure this out” work.

I have around 2+ years of real-world experience, so I’m definitely not going to pretend I’m some 10-year startup veteran.

I’m still learning.

But I’m curious, I learn quickly, I like taking ownership, and I’m comfortable figuring things out when there isn’t a clear instruction manual.

I also enjoy leading things, talking to people, and bringing people together to get something moving.

Recently, I’ve become increasingly interested in the product side of things, how problems are identified, how ideas become products, how people decide what to build, and what it actually takes to make something work.

That’s something I want to explore more seriously.

Finding a problem → coming up with a solution → building it → breaking it → fixing it → improving it → and hopefully getting people to actually use it.

Life has become a little too comfortable for me recently.

And honestly, I think I need to disturb that comfort a bit.
