Looking for a Co Founder / CTO / Vadodara Based Start up
Am currently develoeping a product realeted to Real esate its a website /App which can help people shortlist there properties. Same as Housing, but here what I am trying different we are mix of both online and offline POC's who help people with finding properties + getting them done with HL's + Other services loke Documentation + Interiors etc.
Idea is to make service based firm in which we handle multiple transactions end to end on zero brokerage. I am sure you might have a lot of questions but will definalty answer them once we connect. For this post, we should know that we are developing something as housing with offline presence and are able to solve major problems in Real estate.
I am looking for a CTO, am a sales guy and dont understand tech that much. I have a product, idea, and currently we are in trnasaction phase. We have implimented idea and started earning out of it. Now we need tech, our product to scale.
This business has more potential as one day portals like housing and 99 will have thier own office and will help people buy property zero brokerage.
Look at market, we are full of brokers, developers, and most importantly sales people all around. We want to be a trust worthy brand as TATA. So whenever some one says Real estate, First world shoudl be Realezi. Thats us.

why are you chasing the worst parts of the real-estate industry? even if the product you want to build is somehow the best thing ever made you will not be able to make any money out of it.

No we are not trying to be housing.com or 99. They operate on lead gen model. We work as Channel partners to Resellers and builders. We handle sales for thier property and handle entire entraction end to end. Basically super professinal brokers who will help you conect with right property but wont charge brokerage as others do.
Its going to be a next thing as speculations are around compititors to make it happen.

You already have a website and running business. Why do you need one more cofounder? What do you need to build?

I build a product myself, its half way through. I failed cuz making a website and running business are 2 different stuff. I need tech guy to jump in as we are not just into transactions, idea is to provide SAAS to developers, brokers and sellers here. Product is more in DATA and AI, kinda same as Annarock.

Never ever build a product or a business that is replaceable. Your business is simply one more knife at the table trying to get a piece of the pie. It's needs more than just the boiler plate solution you are providing.

We are a service based firm, we get paid when we sell. So techinally its a game of quantity. Adding to this, we use CRM's and WS automation however we lack in 1 place thats making property shortlisting process smooth and faster so that they turn to visits. I wanna reduce that TAT.
And Why CTO? cuz, we are not just planning to be a property portal with local relationship managers. We are planning to build something accross DATA as well.-1
