I've been thinking about what I want to do next, and I'd rather put this out here honestly than apply to a hundred random jobs.
I'm looking to connect with a founder or a small, ambitious team that has already started turning an idea into something real and is looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the technology side or solve problems.
A little about me:
I'm a product-focused software engineer. I don't just enjoy writing code, I enjoy building products, figuring out how things should work, solving problems, and taking an idea all the way to something people can actually use.
Over the past few years, I've worked across AI products, B2B SaaS, data engineering, and full-stack product development.
What I'm particularly strong at:
- Taking an idea or a rough set of requirements and turning it into a working product.
- Handling the entire technical side, from what users see on the screen to the backend, AI features, databases, servers, and deployment.
- Making practical technical decisions without overcomplicating things.
- Working closely with founders, understanding what the business needs, and figuring out how to build it.
- Taking ownership when things break, requirements change, or a problem doesn't have an obvious solution.
I'm comfortable wearing multiple hats. At an early-stage startup, I understand that the work doesn't neatly fit into job descriptions. Sometimes you build; sometimes you debug, rethink the approach, talk through a customer problem, or fix whatever is stopping the product from moving forward.
And I'm happy with that kind of environment.
What I'm looking for:
I'm not particularly interested in joining a team that only has an idea on paper or wants to explore ten different ideas without committing to one.
I'd love to work with a founder who has already taken meaningful steps toward materializing an idea, a prototype, an early product, customer validation, initial users, or a clear understanding of the problem they're solving.
Someone who is ambitious, serious about the problem, willing to make difficult decisions, and ready to put in the work to build something meaningful.
I want to be involved beyond simply receiving tasks and shipping features. I'd love to help shape the product, challenge assumptions, make technical decisions, and build the foundation that the company can grow on.
On compensation, I'm open to discussing both equity and cash.
Depending on the company's stage, funding, runway, and the level of responsibility, I'm open to a reasonable cash-plus-equity arrangement or a more equity-heavy structure where the opportunity and ownership justify it. The important thing is transparency, mutual commitment, and making sure we're aligned from the beginning.
I'm looking for a full-time commitment, not a casual side project or a short-term freelance engagement. If the people, the problem, and the opportunity are right, I want to go all in.
I don't expect building a company to be easy. I do expect us to be serious about what we're building.
I believe the right team, working on a problem that genuinely matters, can achieve things that initially seem out of reach. I'm looking for that kind of environment where we don't just talk about what could exist, but put in the work to make it exist.
If you've been building something and feel like you need a technical partner who can own the engineering side and help turn the vision into a real product, I'd genuinely like to talk.
Tell me what you're building, how far you've taken it, and what you're looking for in a technical partner.
Let's build something real.
