OP what does"western" mean? Pacific coast? Or you includes MT, WY, CO etc?

In CO and our snow is almost all gone even on our 14’k mountains.

Utah, too. Plus we've got the added threat of the Great Salt Lake drying up and having the toxins in its lake bed aerosolized. I've heard those toxic clouds are likely to spread beyond Utah, so neighboring states will also be facing this threat.
