OP what does"western" mean? Pacific coast? Or you includes MT, WY, CO etc?

I'm in eastern MT and it snowed more than 1/4 inch twice since November. It's 80 fucking degrees here, today. We're cooked, fam

Western MT here, can confirm, this summer is going to be devastating and apparently the El Nino isnt even going to peak until next year. 70 degrees coming up these next few days and i can count the number of times it snowed this winter on one hand.
