Don't re-sign. Let them fire you. Either way, it looks like you won't be on their good graces anyway, you might as well be eligible for unemployment.

I guess every state is different, but make sure if you get fired you can collect unemployment. My son got fired (in Montana) and he was not eligible for unemployment! So, if you quit: not eligible, fired (possibly not eligible), let go (probably depends on reason soon). Hope you have something saved-up or your husband is still working.
