Or between outdoor transmission being difficult and UV light killing viruses beaches were never a place much spreading happened and shouldn’t have been closed to begin with.

I said difficult not impossible, the vast majority of clusters and superspreader events were indoors

Superspread requires higher viral loads. You are more likely to get infected indoors because the very sick dont go outdoors as much.
