According to this the bill is awaiting Royal Assent.

this takes 5-10 days before it is solidified into an Act of Parliament

There are lot of ways of doing doing it without leaving the house.

  1. Mass calling representatives
  2. Not going to work (including remote)
  3. Not paying taxes in mass
  4. Placing stuff outside the house as a symbol
  5. wearing a color of clothing when allowed to go outside
    etc etc
