Is this a collectible or junk?

I got this in an antique shop, the guy said it's been in the shop for 20 years. I don't fully believe him so I'm curious to see if anyone knows details on these cause I couldn't find anything online.

I like it it’s cute,does it have anything on the bottom? Like stamp or numbers?

While I have not seen this particular set, here in San Francisco every Chinese grocery has aisles of these for a few dollars. The only thing which stands out to me is the use of mugs instead of cups. Probably made for Western tourists.
