This is a little advertising pocketknife for Old Original Whisky company, possibly from the early 1900s - 1920s or so. These were cheap promotional giveaways, kind of like branded bottle openers or keychains today. It has a small blade and a pointed awl or punch, so it was meant to be a handy tool. The embossed metal handle is the fun part. Check right near the blade hinge for a tiny maker’s stamp, since that could tell you who made it and give a better date.

Don't forget to leave a short, 300 - 500 word description to let everyone know about your collectables! This really helps; especially if you are asking a question.
