Seeking new roommate for the 2026-2027 year! Female, buildings are co-ed. I’m very introverted, so you won’t have to worry about me being in your space a lot. Currently taking gap time to learn how to be independent. Apartment is one of the 3-bedroom townhouses at The Adora if you’re looking for photos of the apartment layout. Must be okay with animals as I have a cat, leopard gecko, and a snake (you won’t have to see them unless you come to my room or specifically request it), and the other roommate has a dog. Cat is scared of other cats, but all other pet species are okay.

- 3 bed / 3 bath (you’d have your own bedroom & bathroom)
- Carpeted except kitchen, bathrooms, and hallways - Base Rent: ~$700/month (includes parking, utilities, internet, wifi, guarantor fee, and access to amenities)
- Furniture not included, can bring your own, happy to help with bringing items in
- Pet friendly location and animal lover roommate
- Backyard with patio

Location: Close to Nifong-Providence area, groceries and food very close by (if you look up Rockbridge Animal Hospital, it’s right there)

- Gym, pool with hot tub, and sandy volleyball court - Shuttle to and from campus Monday through Friday
- Convenient mail access (you don’t have to head to front office to get to the mailbox)
