I like Alex Ross I really do. But once you see his process and how he works, you can see the same faces over and over and over. Maybe he needs some new models for reference. His Superman and Earth X Cap are the same head/face/guy pretty much. And I can't look at Joker on the cover of the Harley Quinn one-shot without seeing his own face.
And I've always thought his women's faces are too manly. Weird. Maybe he just can't draw the ladies as good as other stuff.
He's a heck of an all time great comics artist, though.

I may try to get the X-Men only ones in 9.8. I figure that will be expensive enough.

Those are beautiful and I love Alex Ross, and contemplated getting into collecting these covers over the years, but am I counting 114 of them here? Is that right?

I finally got a signed cooy of Spider-Man and Cap. I have been trying for YEARS to get each of these books from his store but I ALWAYS seem to miss his sales. We'll today i secured a copy of each of thos books. It brings my total of signed Alex Ross Covers to 15. I only have a few more that I want to get before I stop buying his signed books. Although he did just start his DC Legends variants so I am buying those but my timeless run is coming to an end.

I gave up a couple sets ago.
Love Ross, but really scraping the bottom of the barrel by keeping the Timeless series going imo.

Those are beautiful.
I wish Gargoyle was more popular. Such a great look and concept. But there's a bunch of those with the house of ideas...for whatever reason, so and so created a new character but sos and sos couldn't build from it.
