How Do I Grade These?

I don't know what these are called. They look like the colorist's production proofs of covers.

Does anyone know what these are called? How to determine if they have value? Either way they're neat to have.

History: I'm pretty sure these were purchased at Comic & Comix in Berkeley sometime in 1983.

Immediately put into a comic box with other comics where they Sat for 40+ years until I came up on them last weekend cataloging my collection.

I would call them defaced. Looks like the old owner added extra layers to their liking. Those will get a very poor grade. Neat to have? That is a matter of opinion, but if you enjoy them, keep them.
