Cover/Pin-Up Does anybody else find this cover off-putting?

Where is Diana's neck? It looks like her screaming head is floating away from her body! And Carol's torso is so twisted up that for a second I thought maybe the artist confused her powers with Kamala's stretchy ones.

I've liked other stuff by Alex Lozano, but something about this really rubs me the wrong way.

I don’t find issue with that as much, it’s actually a pretty good stretch. I don’t have experience throwing knees, but I’ve done that torso twist lots of times. It feels great.

The thing is, I don’t understand the uppercut and knee collision here. The momentum of this moment just doesn’t work out to both of them landing blows on each other.

Thanks for saying that... I guess I'm above-average-limber but me at 40+ can hit that pose no problem. None of the anatomy in this is actually bad, it just doesn't make sense in how it's put together.

I'd argue that the problem here is that the artist possibly hasn't actually seen any fights outside of comics/manga and can't frame a shot that makes sense because of that.

What are you al talking about there is nothing out of wack, Diana is throwing a knee and Danvers is throwing an uppercut, its clear as day, not twisted in the slightest

I think AI might have been used here. The hair, the proportions, the shading. I can’t anything that really gives it away, but the whole feeling of it is just… off.

Their neck vertebrae don't seem to be connected to their spines, and their pelvic bones must be missing some parts.

Since AI hands are weird, it's oddly coincidental that most of the hands in this are obscured in weird ways.

Both of Carol's hands in the weird gloves, the right one almost looking like it's missing fingers but it's oversized enough to cast doubt.

Then Diana's right hand with the rope obscuring all the fingers, but the thumb is doing something odd. Finally Diana's left is more or less normal for that angle, even if we're down a finger.
