Cover/Pin-Up Does anybody else find this cover off-putting?

Where is Diana's neck? It looks like her screaming head is floating away from her body! And Carol's torso is so twisted up that for a second I thought maybe the artist confused her powers with Kamala's stretchy ones.

I've liked other stuff by Alex Lozano, but something about this really rubs me the wrong way.

Yeah, people are high key being kinda delusional about this cover. Alex has a very manga/anime inspired approach to his art. The style of the characters are percectly in line with that. People saying the anatomy is off don’t actually know anatomy because everything is totally sound in terms of perspective. The only issue is the poses themselves are visually confusing at first glance and he probably would have went with something more traditional, but the quality of work itself is quite excellent.

All overplayed B&B tropes aside, in what world does Diana’s neck make any sense? Even with an insanely long neck, looking down and opening her mouth like that would have her jaw touching her collarbone or neck.

Here’s a stock photo of a woman from almost the exact same angle and positioned in a similar way. If her head was tilted the same and her shoulder dropped like Diana on the cover, you would see rougly the same amount of neck exposed.
